Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Surveillance Analyst What’s the role?: You’ll be part of a specialised team that keeps a close eye on how communications and trading activity are conducted across our Institutional Banking, Financial Markets and Treasury businesses. Using digital surveillance tools, you’ll review and analyse data to identify potential risks and make sure everything is operating in line with regulatory requirements. Day to day, you’ll investigate alerts, review communications, and work through complex information to form clear, balanced views. You’ll also contribute to improving how surveillance processes and systems work, helping the team stay current in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate with teams across compliance, risk, technology and the wider business to understand issues and drive outcomes. This is a full-time/permanent role based in Sydney , where you’ll play an important part in protecting the integrity of our financial markets operations.
