We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Operations Leader to oversee and optimize our North America Lifecycle Services field service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services, and driving operational excellence to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. This leadership role is essential in coordinating the deployment of field resources, enhancing service delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead and develop a North America field service organization of 30+ technicians and regional field service managers, responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and technical interventions at customer sites, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely service delivery.
