Universal Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend, Evening & Overnight Schedules Serving Clients Across Mercer County, PA $23.00/hr | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Weekly Pay Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Mercer County, including Hermitage, Sharon, Grove City, Mercer, Farrell, and surrounding communities. Universal DSPs are highly adaptable, skilled caregivers who can work across multiple service settings—licensed group homes, in-home support, and community-based services. We are seeking confident, flexible DSPs with 2+ years of caregiving experience who are comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs. We currently have full-time Universal DSP openings with weekend, evening, and overnight schedules available.
