Junior Accountant / Lease Originator, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting San Diego, CA | On-site We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our company who will support the accounting department by performing A/R & A/P tasks, day to day accounting duties, month end closing activities and other related duties as needed. A successful candidate will have the ability to follow directions, learn the processes, ask the right questions and be deadline driven. Essential duties and responsibilities: - Originate, terminate, manage fleet leases. Quote payoffs and do necessary tracking - Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing and collection issues - Handle accounting/finance document flow and filing - Prepare customer invoices and statements, and reconcile monthly activity - Record and pay vendor invoices - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes - Assist with other accounting entries and controls related to existing and new revenue streams - Assist with reporting and ad hoc projects as needed - Handle general office supplies ordering - Coordinate with building management on any maintenance items - Perform such other duties as assigned O...
