Job description

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. - Focus on achievement of hotel financial goals / budget targets. - Ensure that payroll and purchasing controls are in place to maintain and exceed profit goals. - Develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with property objectives. - Ensure that all Shaner and franchise operating standards are followed. - Be accessible to guests and employees. - Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, room availability, and expected arrivals/departures. - Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. - Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests. - Leads all aspects of employee performance to ensure productivity and a quality work environment. - Establishes, maintains, and trains standards and procedures for cleaning and safe working conditions in all departments. - Works to ensure high scores for customer service, cleanliness and other related items on all Shaner and Franchise inspections. - Other duties as assigned Responsibilities: The General Manager is responsible for management of all hotel operat...
