Job DetailsJob Location: Trevi Senior Living - Charlotte, NC 28262Summary: Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM’s core value of the golden rule by treating residents, families, and associates in the same way we would like to be treated. With minimal supervision and guidance from the Maintenance Director is responsible and accountable in assisting in the planning and coordination of all functions of the maintenance department to ensure an efficiently run community for environmental services by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Assists in monitoring, coordinating or completing maintenance duties to ensure the community is always in a clean, orderly, safe and attractive condition.* 2. Reacts and takes the lead in emergency repairs of any kind regarding equipment breakdown, seeks methods for completing repairs and accomplishes same within maintenance tech’s technical capabilities.* 3.
