Essential Functions: Complete daily forklift inspection report and submit to Supervisor/Lead. Immediately advise Supervisor/Lead of any issues or concerns during shift regarding the Forklift. Perform daily functions with extreme care as dispatched and/or requested by Supervisor/ Lead in the time allocated per company standards. Utilize scan equipment to properly report movement of product or materials in SAP. Safely expedite material/product through the manufacturing area. Promptly report questionable conditions or questionable product conformities to the Supervisor/Lead. Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter. Responsible for keeping track of company tools and equipment. Observe and act upon forklift malfunction warnings and alarm signals. Advise Supervisor of unsafe equipment or driving conditions. Do not operate any forklift which is unsafe to drive.
