Manager, Executive Compensation Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, helping healthcare providers, researchers, and patients make informed decisions that advance care. Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team at 10 Moore Drive, Durham NC or 531 S Spring Street, Burlington NC. Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8am - 5pm (Eastern Time). This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility Responsibilities: Support overall program management and administration of executive compensation Collaborate with HR business partners and rewards leadership to review executive roles and recommend appropriate grade and pay level for new hires, promotions and retention reviews Support material development for the Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings Conduct extensive research related to executive compensation market trends, including that available in publicly disclosed financial documents (proxy, 10-ks, 8-ks, etc.) Oversee participation in third party market surveys...
