Finance Vendor Governance Program Manager

Job Summary: The Finance Vendor Governance Program Manager is responsible for managing the enterprise vendor governance program, ensuring financial terms of vendor contracts are consistently implemented, operationalized, and sustained in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal control requirements. This role is accountable for the end-to-end governance lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, financial compliance, performance management, payment accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Partnering cross functionally with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Markets, and other stakeholders, the Program Manager establishes governance frameworks, defines standards and controls, monitors program performance, and drives remediation and optimization efforts. The role ensures vendor activities align with business expectations, mitigate financial and compliance risk, and enable accurate, timely vendor payments at scale.
