Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: - Completes landscaping assignments including planting, fertilizing, weeding, mowing, mulching, and shrub/tree pruning - Removes snow on roadways, walkways and doorways by shoveling, plowing and ice treatments - Operates various vehicles and equipment including skid steers, sweepers, scrubbers, plow trucks, ATV’s mowers, trimmers, chain saws, edgers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, mulch blowing machines, curbing machines and power washers - Responsible for power washing all designated locations Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists in maintenance of irrigation systems - Assists other trades, as needed - Responsible for all departmental logs/record keeping labor recording and adheres to all Grounds policies and guid...
