CGC Inc. is currently recruiting a Quality Operator for our plant in Wheatland County, Alberta. Duties & Responsibilities: · Monitor the production process to ensure consistency of procedures. · Perform accurate product testing as outlined in departmental procedure manuals, including raw material, finished goods testing, and continuous processing. · Handle receiving market deviations, conducting necessary inspections and investigations. · Document variations from standards and maintain records of inspections and non-conforming materials. · Proactively improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency. · Recognize and react to adverse trends, non-conforming material, or poor product performance. · Act as a liaison to coordinate and resolve complaints and concerns related to quality performance, investigations, system audits, and corrective actions. · Assist in operating and auditing CGC Model Pro...
