Description Inside Sales Support The Support role acts as the primary communication link between the Inside Sales team, Outside Sales personnel, and the Operations and Shipping departments. This position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to inquiries regarding job status, location updates, and shipping information. The Inside Sales Support team member is the “runner” for answers, helping to support sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction. When not actively supporting sales communications, this role will assist with shipping operations and progressively train in quoting and order processing functions.
