Position Overview: The Europe Process Improvement Engineer supports manufacturing sites in driving process optimization, standardization, and productivity improvement. The role applies Lean Six Sigma tools, process modelling, and data-driven analysis to solve operational issues, reduce cycle times, optimize resource usage, minimize wastes, and improve quality. Working closely with operation teams, the Process Improvement Engineer ensures best practices are shared and implemented and sustained effectively and safely to achieve measurable improvements in site performance.
