Position Summary San Diego State University is seeking a Field Operations Lead/Parking Lead to coordinate parking and traffic related functions and ensure the smooth, day-to-day operations of Transportation Services. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position plays a key role in leading enforcement representatives, student assistants, and operational activities that support the safety and efficiency of campus parking services. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Training: Provide lead work, direction, and daily oversight for a team of Parking Enforcement Representatives and 12-15 student assistants. Conduct training, update manuals, and provide lead work and team assignments to ensure operational objects are met. - Field Operations: Patrol campus on foot or by vehicle to enforce parking rules and regulations.
