As a Laborer at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers by loading and unloading scrap tires and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. The Laborer position plays a key role in our tire recycling process and is a great starting point to a rewarding career at Belle Tire! What You'll Do: - Load scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR Scrap - Cart high tread tires to air checker or used tires to dock for delivery - Assist loading used tires that were purchased for delivery to customers - Bag and palletize rubber mulch - De-bead and de-rim truck tires - Remove rims on passenger tires using tire machine - Operate tire recycling equipment - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: - 18 years old - Valid driver's license - Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED - Previous experience working in a warehouse/distribution center Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift...
