About the role A great opportunity has arisen in our MMM10 Mitre 10 Trade Centre business for a Trade Supervisor in our new Cowes site. This is a Full-Time, Monday to Friday role. As the Trade Yard Supervisor you will lead by example on the floor, delivering excellent customer service while overseeing daily operations within the department. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, productivity, service standards, and team performance are consistently met. The Trade Supervisor will coach, support and motivate team members while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations.
