Job Title: Salon Tech I/ Esthetician Job Pay Rate: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate + service charge + commission* *$55.00- $75.00 per hour based on $11.50 per hour base wage + service commission + service charge; historically, this position averages commission earnings of $10.00 - $23.00 per hour and service charge earnings of $34.00-$41.00 per hour and. Commissions and service charges will fluctuate based on events and time of year. This position always earns at least the current Colorado minimum wage $15.16 per hour.
