Leadership Training Program Coach "WTRS"- Fort Irwin, CA “This position is Part Time on Call with an expectation of 7-8 (up to ten) rotations per calendar year. Rotations include two days for travel, two prep days and eight days of training. Brigade LTP, Special Forces Special Operations Task Force Advanced Operational Base Coach V2X is seeking a highly skilled and experientially relevant former Special Forces Battalion Commander who exhibits the characteristics and attributes enabling him to effectively coach Advanced Operating Base (AOB) and Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) commanders and staffs to significantly increase unit and individual proficiency through seminar focused learning opportunities and constructive After-Action Reviews. SOF Coach has relevant, current knowledge of the War Fighting Functions and can apply them to SOTF/AOB/ODA operations including Special Reconnaissance, Direct Action, Foreign Internal Defense, Unconventional Warfare, Counterinsurgency, and Security Force Assistance as part of Unified Land Operations.
