SUMMARY: Assists the Store Manager in all operations of the Goodwill Retail Store or Outlet as described below. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Will typically be required to work regular weekend (i.e. Saturday, Sunday), holiday and evening hours customary to the retail trade. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other related duties may be assigned as directed by supervision. Assist customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service. Maximize used goods processing through the proper application of Goodwill techniques, including sorting, preparing and pricing items for sale. Meet or exceed production goals on a consistent basis. Ensure that the store and surrounding premises are kept neat, clean and orderly and free of safety hazards and that health, safety and emergency procedures are understood and followed by employees.
