Job description

Customer Centre interact with Prysmian Group Norway’s customers to provide information about our products/ services and answer questions. We process orders with documentation, respond to customer complaints and process returns. We prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. We have the total responsibility from the order is placed until the invoice is sent. The apprentice will be introduced to this and learn according to the actual subject the apprentice will follow during the apprenticeship of two years.
