Description The School of Applied Professional Studies in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) at Arizona State University (ASU) invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership to begin in the Fall 2026 semester. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to participate in shaping the future of one of ASU’s most successful programs, helping to redefine leadership education by integrating real-world applications into the curriculum; exploring the implications of emerging technologies for leadership; and teaching students how to build adaptive cultures within today’s dynamic work environments. Expectations for this position include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses; engaging in and publishing high-impact research that shapes the field of Organizational Leadership; practicing inclusive teaching and mentoring; and providing service to the unit, college, and university. Teaching load is typically two (2) courses per semester. Course load and composition are determined by the school director.
