Purpose: Part of the sales excellence team inside the Digital Payment Services, the position consist in supports the business teams in guiding internal processes and tools evolution, providing business analysis and monitoring the business activity Key Missions: Digital Business Line: - Manage sales process (Bid no Bid, Offer review) - Manage Digital pipeline data (order intake, Business Development metrics) - Manage Digital business reporting (ARR, SaaS metrics) - Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability CRM: - Builds Dashboard to monitor sales activity - Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from sales and other stakeholders - Translate business needs into functional CRM specifications - Participate in change man...
