SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Liberty Bank is seeking a Marketing Cloud Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, user support, and campaign operations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will ensure that our marketing team has the tools, data, and platform performance they need to execute effective campaigns while staying compliant and aligned with the best practices. We’re looking for a senior resource with deep Banking and Marketing Cloud expertise with strong communication skills. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Team to articulate and champion design thinking, shaping Liberty’s customer journey.
