Description Midwest Valve Services, a Novaspect company, is currently offering an opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to join our fast paced, customer-oriented team. Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Shop Supervisor provides technical expertise, is responsible for leading and developing the teams of technicians, adhering to the safety and quality expectations of the shop, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. In collaboration with the Shop Manager, the Shop Supervisor is directly responsible for the performance and training of the technicians in their department, and ensuring the technicians are assigned and scheduled for work that meets their level of proficiency. This role is directly responsible for the production of their department and its ability to meet customer needs and company goals. As with all positions in the supervisory team, this role is expected to exemplify and promote Novaspect Identity.
