The Assistant Store Leader will assist the Store Leader in overseeing all store operations and fill in as needed when the Store Leader is unavailable by performing other duties which include driving performance goals, supporting the team, and delivering excellent Guest service. Responsibilities: Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with our Guests and Team Members every day. Participate in Team Member performance management by providing timely feedback, coaching, encouragement, and documenting as necessary. Ensure the standards of service are met by greeting and providing excellent service to all Guests. Drive store performance metrics such as average transaction, Sourced & Certified sales %, and overall business growth. Manage mental demands and resolve conflict effectively.
