Associate National Account Manager

Job description

The Associate National Account Manager supports the National Account Manager in managing Swisher’s 7-Eleven business. This role focuses on enabling account success through analytics, coordination, and executional support. The Associate assists in customer engagement, internal alignment, and day-to-day account operations to help drive volume, revenue, and overall account performance. Qualifications: Required Education : Bachelor’s Degree in related field Travel: This position requires up to 50% travel , including overnight stays, based on the geographic area and customer needs. - Support the National Account Manager in the development and coordination of account strategies, promotional plans, and business initiatives - Build and maintain strong working relationships with 7-Eleven Field Operations Advisors (FOAs) and field leadership teams to support executional alignment and account objectives - Develop relationships with 7-Eleven field management to strengthen communication, collaboration, and in-store execution support - Participate in and support industry trade shows, customer meetings, and key account events - Support in-field training and development of sales team members relat...
