Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. - Experience with visual design principles. - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. - Experience with systems thinking and design systems. - Experience in designing and launching for multiple platforms (e.g., iOS, Android, Web, etc.). - Experience or knowledge of AI/LLMs. - Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
