Grade 8 (Salaried) Position Description: The Player Development Program Manager I for the University of Louisville Women’s Basketball Program focuses on the holistic development of current student-athletes, including character development, leadership skills, and career development. Additionally, this position will have on-court skill-instruction responsibilities and may be designated as one of the program's countable recruiters. The Player Development Program Manager I will be required to work a non-standard workweek, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as overnight travel.
