Citi Trends is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of inventory operations across our Distribution Center and store network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that physical inventory aligns with system records, minimizing discrepancies, and driving operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Wave Clean-Up & Store-to-Store Transfers (25%) Review aged distributions to confirm store receipt and make appropriate system adjustments Resolve misdirected inventory by creating and processing store-to-store transfers Partner with leadership to address open distributions that require escalation before returning to DC Cycle Count Support (20%): Conduct cycle counts alongside lift operators to ensure inventory accuracy Recount and validate discrepancies, including locating missing pallets Collaborate with DC Operations to maintain accurate inventory records Reconciliation & Reporting (15%): Review reconciliation reports for discrepancies between WMS an...
