Role: Recruitment Manager Department: HR and Learning: Location: Carbrook, Sheffield: Salary: £38,169 - £43,668: Hours: 37: Contract Type: Permanent: In this role you will be responsible for leading the attraction, recruitment and selection processes process to ensure the force attracts and hires the best candidates. You will be responsible for the operational delivery against the workforce planning establishment targets for Police Officer, Police Staff, Volunteer and any other recruitment required by the force.
