Job Description: What You’ll Do: You’ll be the main coordination point between clients, internal teams, and field service staff. - Support & Coordination - Respond to client requests and manage support cases (warranty and non-warranty) - Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues - Manage end-to-end complaint resolution - Field Team Support - Schedule field technicians for on-site visits and installations - Coordinate timelines with internal teams and sales reps - Approve timesheets and manage basic field inventory A Day in the Life: You’ll split your time betwe...
