Working Supervisor II – Operations Bunnell, FL | Combined MRF & Transfer Station Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Schedule: Rotating shifts 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating after training) Overview: Seeking a hands-on Working Supervisor to lead by example. Must coach and mentor team members, hold tough conversations, enforce accountability, and promote a strong safety culture. Role requires walking the facility multiple times daily and working outdoors in all weather. Preferred Qualifications: - Leadership experience with team coaching and accountability - Safety-focused mindset; adaptable and solution-oriented - Strong computer skills - Yellow iron mechanical knowledge a plus - Heavy equipment experience preferred (Loader, Excavator, Forklift) I.
