Job Description: - Reviews engineering outputs to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance. - Drives BES, PCG, and DRBFM implementation and process maturity across R&D. - Leads digitalization and AI initiatives within engineering processes. - Acts as technical trainer, mentor, and subject matter expert. - Guides RCA and TRA to proactively manage risks and solve design issues. - Facilitates cross-functional alignment and effective communication. - Oversees R&D Wiki and tracks relevant BSC metrics. - Improves engineering quality and standardization. - Strengthens technical capability and knowledge sharing. - Accelerates digital transformation in R&D.
