We are looking for a Client Onboarding Engineer to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Warsaw, Poland. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your technical skills. Teltonika’s Telematics Business Unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. In this role, you will: - Maintain live and active direct communication with the customer throughout the sales and early implementation phases. This includes facilitating direct visits, live chats, and video calls for consultation, ensuring a continuous and responsive flow of information. - Work with various Teltonika Telematics manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485 and 1-Wire. - Propose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases. - Guide and help new customers to integrate Teltonika Telematics solutions. - Go on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use-cases...
