SUMMARY: Employee leads Day Habilitation Program team to ensure all program objectives are met. QUALIFICATIONS: - Oversee scheduling and provision of day habilitation program services. - Recommend hiring of, provide ongoing supervision to, and complete annual evaluation for assigned staff. - Assemble, maintain, and update program policy and procedure manual. - Plan and implement pre-service and on-going comprehensive in-service training. - Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings. - Organize, monitor, and report required Department of Medical Assistance program data timely. - Establish and implement Quality Assurance system ensuring expert program monitoring and evaluation...
