Job Summary The Mitigation Foreman plays a key leadership role on the job site, ensuring mitigation plans are executed efficiently, safely, and to DRYmedic’s high standards. Working closely with the Mitigation Project Manager, this role leads crew members through daily restoration activities while serving as a hands on mentor, communicator, and quality advocate. This position is ideal for an experienced restoration professional who takes pride in leading by example, understands mitigation best practices, and wants to be part of a team setting the benchmark for excellence across the DRYmedic national franchise.
