On-Site Billing Analyst - 26000676 Description Position Overview: Linde Inc. is currently seeking a talented professional to be our Onsite Billing Analyst reporting to the Onsite Team Lead. This position is responsible for contract management of an assigned portfolio. Primary Duties: Interpreting legal contracts and administering invoices in accordance with terms and managing price changes with escalations as required. Lead a cross-functional contract review session aimed at aligning departmental interpretations and establishing a consistent, organization-wide understanding of contractual terms. Independently create manual overrides & procedure modifications based upon interpretation of non-standard contract terms. Generate and maintain terms & conditions records of legal contracts used in financial planning, analysis and reporting. Making decisions related to disputes. Recommending procedure changes and training others as needed. Communicate with Sales and Customers with a sense of urgency.
