IT Operations Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Job description

Job Description: - Provide production support in a complex application and data warehouse environment. - Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve failures. - Provide clarity with in-depth data research; and implement fixes. - Collaborate with teams across IT to resolve complex issues and provide optimal solutions, with an emphasis on process improvement. - Work to continuously enhance the stability and long-term performance of BI systems. - Develop and update documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge articles. - Increase proficiency and scope of involvement on all activities through guided and self-initiated learning. - Participation in on-call rotation is required. Required: Experience with Informatica Experience with ActiveBatch or comparable enterprise scheduling applications. Hands-on experience supporting ETL data movement in a production environment, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving failures Ability to use workflow monitoring tools to identify failure points and trace issues back through workflow components Experience interpreting workflow and session logs to determine root cause Strong ability to write and interpret SQL across databases such as Oracle, N...
