Job Type Full-time Description: Camelot Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a mobile field position that requires operating a company-provided vehicle to travel to multiple customer locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing a wide range of general building maintenance duties and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: - General Maintenance & Repairs - Perform routine and preventive maintenance at commercial client sites. - Replace ceiling tiles, patch and repair drywall, and perform touch-up painting. - Conduct minor repairs on electrical systems (e.g., outlet replacements, lighting issues). - Address plumbing issues such as leaky faucets or clogged drains. - Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and perform basic adjustments or repairs. - Troubleshooting & Inspection - Diagnose minor facility-related problems and escalate issues requiring specialized service. - Conduct visual and functional inspections of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing). - Identify potential safety hazards and maintenance needs proactively. - Work Order Management - Utili...
