Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Recruiter to join our team for 12-month contract. This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals - Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process - Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness - Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
