Then join our Global Information and Digital Technology ( GIDiT ) department, which focuses on projects related to the standardization and harmonization of processes as well as the implementation of standardized technologies. In this role , you will gain first-hand experience in designing standard software solutions, understanding business processes, and developing an interdisciplinary, independent, and self-driven way of working. Your challenge in detail: You will support global IT project managers in planning, tracking and reporting project milestones You will a ssist in coordinating change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, readiness tracking, and communication between IT, HR, and business departments You will s upport the development and distribution of internal communication materials, training documents, and user guides to promote the adoption of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot You will m anage onboarding and offboarding processes for project team members You will d evelop and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and o...
