This role reports directly to the University President and the University’s Board of Visitors through the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee. The successful candidate will be charged with maintaining a robust centralized university-wide compliance model program. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated strong ability to develop and implement compliance strategy across a complex organization with significant distributed components, translating legal, regulatory, and policy requirements and guidelines into effective leadership communication, operating practices, and institutional processes.
