**GAMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **: Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior Training Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs within gaming operations. This role drives operational excellence by developing high-performing teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The position requires a hands-on leader who can supervise, coach, and mentor a team, while collaborating with executives and operational leaders to meet strategic business objectives.
