IT Change & Adoption, Senior Fitch Group is currently seeking a Technology Adoption & Change Management, Senior — a people-first tech evangelist — based out of our New York office. The Technology Adoption and Change Management function helps colleagues work smarter by making new tools feel exciting, accessible and genuinely useful. In this role, you’ll be our on-the-ground catalyst in New York: running engaging training (in-person, virtual and hybrid), creating standout content (think short videos, visuals and demos), and turning “What is this?” into “Why didn’t I use this sooner?” You’ll work closely with our Technology & Data partners and help bring modern workplace technology — including AI-powered tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot — to life through practical use-cases, memorable analogies and plenty of positive energy.
