As a Transformation Consultant (Project Manager) , you will lead and drive impactful transformation initiatives, ensuring our clients successfully deliver strategic change from concept through execution. What will you do?: In this role, you act as both consultant and project manager, owning transformation initiatives end-to-end within a regulated FSI environment. Lead and manage transformation projects for financial institutions, from mobilisation through delivery and closure. Translate strategy and regulatory objectives into concrete delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Manage project governance, planning, dependencies, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
