About the role: We are looking for a Talent Analytics Analyst to join our Talent Operations team and help build the data infrastructure and insights that power our recruiting organization. In this role, you will own the development of talent dashboards, reporting, and executive-level presentations that help leadership make informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
