Lead Electrician Department: Controls: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Essex Junction, VT: Reporting To: Controls Department Manager: Compensation: $30.00 / hour: Description: Job Summary: Alliance Group is seeking full-time, experienced Journeyman and/or Master Electricians in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing Controls team. This is a field-based position that is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both electrical systems and low voltage building automation systems while demonstrating excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service to ensure problems are addressed correctly and systems kept online and functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Safely perform electrical installations including, but not limited to, mounting devices, running conduit, and pulling wire and terminations on a wide variety of systems - Oversee multiple jobs at one time - Assign technicians daily and weekly tasks to keep projects moving forward - Work with project manager when issues arise to find the direction to complete the job at hand - Recognize potential change orders and/or value-added opportunities as t...
