Junior HR Business Partner / Junior Employee Relations Specialist Location: Fayetteville, NC (eClerx Site): Salary: $40,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Sunday rotational schedule Position Summary: The Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) / Junior Employee Relations Specialist supports the employee relations function for the Fayetteville eClerx site. This role focuses on maintaining a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, supporting workplace investigations, and partnering with site leadership on employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
