Job Title: Case Worker – Health Educator Job Status: Part-time up to 28 hours Program: National Council of Aging. Assisting Medicare Beneficiaries/Medicare Disability Bilingual: Arabic preferred: Functional areas/departments where this position may be located: Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Case Worker – Health Educator uses advanced skills gained through training and experience to provide specialized educational counseling services within an assigned functional area. Regularly communicates information to clients regarding program services. Follows established procedures to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and complexity requiring limited decision-making responsibility. Originality and ingenuity are required to locate, select, and apply appropriate procedures, processes and techniques to assignments that are broad in nature. Resolve most questions and problems and may serve as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and issues.
