Registration Specialist Lead

Description In this role, you will serve as the lead resource for the registration operation by overseeing registration workflows, ensuring accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information, and supporting staff across all office locations as a float resource. Plays a key role in the implementation and optimization of the organization’s electronic medical record system, including training, workflow development, and post-go-live support. Works collaboratively with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Leadership to improve efficiency, enhance patient experience, and support overall financial performance. Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
